Liked: Waited over an hour to checked in front desk lady being rude and ignorant to everyone the whole time even yelling at them finally got called up to check in she tried charging a card I changed off the site without even talking to me when she charged the right card she didn’t like the rate I had gotten through the site and refused to give me my room key after my card was charged saying she had to call her supervisor and move and get out of the way after another hour and a call to customer care on my end I was finally given a room she refused towels for my kids after the pool and refused to give me the breakfast coupons I had paid for rooms were dirty pool was nasty do not go there!!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Had to keep asking for towels and wash clothes. Asked for sheets left and came back still no sheets. Never got anymore blankets. The microwave didn't work properly. The toilet kept running, there was no working phone in the room. If you change the air in the room it wouldn't adjust so you either freeze or be hot. Buffet Breakfast was $14 it was not worth it. It really wasn't a good variety. Then you had to pay for continental breakfast for $10 and you only got cereal , toast juice . I pre paid for my room I was still charged 3 holding fees and for 1 night messed up my banking account, just an overall bad experience . Bed had urine stains

Liked: The hostess was wonderful. I don’t remember her name but she was on it. Helping multiple people at once all by herself running the front.
Disliked: Really needs to be updated. Outside pool was closed and looked a mess
