Loved it and I will...

Liked: The lobby and the beds were comfortable, easy access to a lot of things to do close by
Disliked: The bathroom was just a basic bathroom but it was clean

Don’t let the name Wyndham...

Liked: The front desk clerk was so helpful and kind.
Disliked: Poor ac, dirty room, so old that fresh paint just pointed out how old everything was and a sulfur smell from the toilet.

Great family stay.

Liked: The hotel was close to many stores and was very welcoming.
Disliked: The shop and restaurant are closed to earlyBut other than that, the food is great.

Hotel could use some touch...

Liked: I like that there was a pool there and was open until 11pm. The location also had a laundry in each building and we also like that it was close to Universal studio and other tourist attraction.
Disliked: Our first room was very run down and it had a big gap on the door for small creatures to crawl through. We did not feel safe and ask for a different room. When we went ask the staff for a different room, I'm not sure if he was joking or not but said we can buy duct tape to patch up the gap. Even if it was a joke, I don't think it's the visitor jobs to patch up broken items in the hotel. The second room was a little better but the room was still run down and could use some touch up. The towels we had had some stain. The elevator is hot so we end up using the stairs most of the time there. I don't think we will come back to this hotel.
