Liked: The hotel is clean, staff is courteous. The location is near the train station but so is any other hotel in Salzburg. Whole of Salzburg is very walkable.
Disliked: The breakfast options are not good at all, especially considering they charge a bomb for it. You can get exactly similar Austrian cold breakfast for half the price at any other hotel . The property shows a pool but the pool is very small. And the sauna facility was "out of order" on the day we stayed . No slippers/ moisturiser/ vanity kit etc in the rooms, that you expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 star property. Not the best stay we had in Austria despite paying the most. ( Read paid half at other properties for same experience)

Pleasant stay

Liked: Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We liked the big room with plenty of space. The fridge & kettle are included. Staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The A/C was difficult to use. We set the room temperature at 18dgs but it resulted in the temperature being 25dgs. We couldn't open windows as there was street noise. There is an energy fee of 2.50EU p.p per night. This is extra to the overall price. Breakfast is 24EU per person. We were overcharged by 26EU, but this was refunded after we pointed this out to them at reception. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would return.

Good hotel in Salzburg.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Room was big, clean and comfortable for a family with a small child. Parking was in the same building, safe and 16euro for 24h. Location was good, 6min walk from central station and bus station, 18min walk from Mirabell.I would recommend it for sure for a short visit in Salzburg.
Disliked: Swimming pool water was cold. Tv was smart but without internet or youtube app.Slippers were missing in room and in swimming pool area.

A comfortable stay.

Liked: 1)Geneva green body hair wash were supplied. 2) Heater in the bathroom. 3)Hair dryer, ice box, kettle, iron, coffee/tea/milk are provided! 4)Handy furnitures 5) super single bed 6)Smiling and helpful receptionists.7)Near to train station … still quiet. 8) surrounded by café, shops etc.9)spacious room and lobby.10) You can find gym room and swimming pool at level 1.
Disliked: 1)The air conditioner is not cold enough.2) the small pillow has foul smell.

Excellent

Liked: Excellent location and excellent staff, clean rooms, bar, gym, pool, spa adds a lot of worth to the stay.
Disliked: Breakfast is a bit pricey 24 euros per person, but the comfort of getting it makes it worthwhile. Also the hotel can give free parking to the hotel guests but again the comfort of having a handy parking in the basement makes it worthwhile
