Overall it was good. Staff was great and very helpful. Restaurant staff was very friendly. Wish there was access to drinks and snacks via vending machine after hours. If you're attending any football game or baseball ball game this hotel is walking distance which was awesome.

Disliked: Disappointed that our room furniture had damage in the wood from past visitors. Definitely wished there was a vending machine or two to get a drink or snack from after hours.

I opted for the room upgrade, which was presented at $26 but ended up costing $31. When checking in, the front desk was confused about what the upgrade would be. Then we arrived in the room, it was not an upgraded "deluxe king view". After heading into the city for dinner, we returned to the room and it was 75* and very stuffy. I called and was told an engineer would come to fix it - we waited over an hour and no one came. Hours later we came back after the show, and it was still 70*+, and it was a miserable temperature for sleeping. Then there was the bed, which was the smallest king I've ever seen. The box spring was two twin bed box springs pushed together, and the mattress bowed into the center badly. I would avoid this hotel.

ConcertHotels.com gave me the cheapest rate among many sites, including trying to book direct; cheap cab ride to the Rex.

Great location; problems with parking and valet. The rooms were small and cramped; overpriced for the quality of the accommodation.

Liked: The Hotel was fine, the room comfortable, the bar area somewhat small but still acceptable and the location was ok.Of course being in a city you can expect everything to be somewhat more expensive, the valet parking for example at $44.00/night. But, overall, a good choice especially if you plan to go to the Steelers game within walking distance! I would definitely stay again., no complaints.
Disliked: I can't think of anything in particular that I didn't like., except maybe "city" prices but again to be expected. It was a nice place to stay, the staff very accommodating and attentive.

Disliked: When we got there they didn't have our registration in their system. After showing my confirmation number and the reciept I had they got us to our room. But now my credit card was ran for $32.90 more than what my reservation was for. I don't like that at all.
