I don't recommend.

Liked: Location, food.
Disliked: No internet; useless assistance, clogging toilet, presented with a final overcharged bill which was refunded but why did I have to go through that?

It was an ok trip

Liked: Breakfast is somewhat expensive. Food is basically the same from that other hotel we stayed
Disliked: Theres ni microwave to heat up food in tge middle of the night

Very enjoyable.

Liked: The property is beautiful. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. Also very close to all Disney parks was a plus.
Disliked: The restaurant Tesoro changed from breakfast buffet to ala carte ordering.It took over an hour to get our food. I am not blaming the staff because obviously it was force on them. However time is valuable and a buffet would have been much quicker.

Lovely location terrible room

Liked: Great facilities and location
Disliked: Rooms are dated . Had a number of issues with room . Some were sorted immediately some we had to wait. WiFi was down entire stay. Staff offered a 14 dollar reduction, which was a poor compensation for the incident

Just ok, but worked for...

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff was super friendly. Starbucks on site. Pools just a short walk. Rooms were just ok. Linens were subpar. Bathrooms were in need of a serious update. Breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced.All in all it was ok. I don’t think we will probably stay here again, but it would do if nothing else was available.
Disliked: Rooms were just ok. TVs didn’t work. Bathroom needed serious update. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Linens were almost non-existent.
