Great! Awesome! Fabulous!

Liked: Our stay was absolutely awsome! Kris Asi made sure that I had a fabulous birthday. The valet guys helped us watch for our carriage ride and the limousine was an extra touch to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, but the staff was just the best. My husband can't stop talking about how great everyone was. He said that he is going to tell everyone that the Renassance is THE place to stay in OKC. Thanks again for such great hospitality!

It will be my last...

Liked: The property was in a great location.
Disliked: There was no hot water for my entire stay. The front desk agent assured me they would add enough points to my Wyndham rewards account for a free nights stay. Wyndham later said they would t because I booked through a third party.

Liked: The location was great, and the lobby was very grand and architecturally interesting. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room has alot of wear and tear such as wallpaper peeling off, and some elements in the bathroom were broken such as the towel bar. We had access to the club lounge, but the lounge was never open despite being in the hours listed as open by the door. Requesting itemized receipt from the hotel requires going through an online portal to the corporate office, and its hard to speak with a representative.

Terrible!

Disliked: The front desk lady was there both days. She seemed annoyed the whole time. Didn’t even want to talk to people. The Valet male had his phone out the whole time so he wasn’t even paying attention or helping. An older lady had to yell to get his attention then he came out with a sarcastic remark. The wallpaper was coming off the wall to our room. The fridge in our room was broken. The neighbors woke me at 1am
