Great! Awesome! Fabulous!

Liked: Our stay was absolutely awsome! Kris Asi made sure that I had a fabulous birthday. The valet guys helped us watch for our carriage ride and the limousine was an extra touch to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, but the staff was just the best. My husband can't stop talking about how great everyone was. He said that he is going to tell everyone that the Renassance is THE place to stay in OKC. Thanks again for such great hospitality!

Overall, my stay was great!...

Liked: I liked how convenient the location was. We weren’t far from many activities. The property was also beautiful!
Disliked: We used the valet parking and I didn’t like that they didn’t notify us when our car was brought back. There were a few times where we were waiting 15-20mins without realizing my car was in the front already and not in sight. I also didn’t like that the valet employees blasted my air conditioning system every time they placed it back. I don’t think it was related but one of my AC fuses broke at the end of our trip. I also didn’t like that there were teenagers all around the property, and we could hear them screaming and yelling from our room. The valet issue was definitely a hotel issue, but i understand the teenagers was not their fault.

Disliked: Room was a quite a bit underwhelming for the price .. Iv stayed at cheaper hotels that had nicer rooms.. tv is small and outdated shower was basics rooms just could use a bit more of a upgrade for the price of this place
