Great! Awesome! Fabulous!

Liked: Our stay was absolutely awsome! Kris Asi made sure that I had a fabulous birthday. The valet guys helped us watch for our carriage ride and the limousine was an extra touch to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, but the staff was just the best. My husband can't stop talking about how great everyone was. He said that he is going to tell everyone that the Renassance is THE place to stay in OKC. Thanks again for such great hospitality!

There wasn't any stay

Liked: My reservation was canceled. When I made my reservation, I told them I'll be arriving sometime between 7 an 8 pm. I tried calling around 5:30ish and the computer Could not find any information on me.
Disliked: Being able to talk to a person. The computer just put me on hold .

Good location in brick town,...

Liked: Location, layout and room size
Disliked: Bar man, he was rude. My husband always tips really well at the end of service. He had been leaving dollar tips with each beer, but the fool ignored us and served others. He lost out. We didn’t leave any tip.

It was just ok nothing...

Liked: Location
Disliked: They didn’t have a room safe or Microwave in the room which should is a necessity also they were do the room every 3 days and they didn’t change the bed sheets except for once.

I enjoyed my overall stay....

Liked: It was in a a good location
Disliked: The lobby was very warm boarding too hot considering it’s hot outside. The pull out couch has a stain and tears in the cushions and there was a cigarette but on the floor near the balcony

Liked: The staff was friendly and attentive, Check-in & out was easy.
Disliked: The size of the shower. It's too narrow and small
