Great! Awesome! Fabulous!

Liked: Our stay was absolutely awsome! Kris Asi made sure that I had a fabulous birthday. The valet guys helped us watch for our carriage ride and the limousine was an extra touch to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, but the staff was just the best. My husband can't stop talking about how great everyone was. He said that he is going to tell everyone that the Renassance is THE place to stay in OKC. Thanks again for such great hospitality!

Liked: The beds were comfortable and cozy.
Disliked: The room smelled humid, there were not enough towels for the room and we got charged to get more. They told us breakfast was included and then charged 24 dollars a person, the pool area didn't have any towels you had to bring our own from the room and there wasn't enough in the room to spare.

Liked: My room was not the correct room , the hotel lock did not work , the WiFi was not connected but the staff was friendly and helpful

This hotel is no better...

Liked: Breakfast was outstanding.
Disliked: I place three work orders on the bath tub. The drain stopper wasn’t working.. they came up three time to TRY to fix it… It wasn’t until I spoke to the manager and told her of the problem and then only then it was fixed… The Parking valet guys were nice… but I had to walk down every time to request my vehicle… they “VALET”couldn’t figure out how to send a text so I could request my vehicle 15 minutes before I needed it..

Overall I would probably stay...

Liked: It’s in a good location. The inside of the hotel is beautiful. There is a skybridge connected to their parking garage which was nice.
Disliked: The hotels cleanliness was not great. There’s scuffing on the walls, cracks in the flooring, everything looks like it seriously needs a good dusting or scrubbing. House keeping didn’t even show up to our room until our last day which was disappointing.

Overall clean super comfortable bed...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: It said it was a smoke free hotel but my room reeked of musty old cigarettes. Tons of stains on the carpet. It’s very clearly a dated hotel.
