Liked: The location is perfect, overall cleanliness is very good, the breakfast is plenty and service at breakfast is very friendly. SPA area is very clean, however pool is little bit cold.
Disliked: Our AC broke, we called and we were told someone would come and fix it. After 40 minutes we called again and were told that they're fixing it on their side (well, call us and say that, so we don't wait for the maintenance guy!). After another hour, again, we called and were told that they couldn't fix it and are sending the maintenance. This time he did come, said, oh yeah, it's hot here, we'll move you to another room! We said ok and he left. After another hour of waiting to be moved, we called the reception again, and they gave us another room. What should've taken 20 minutes took 4-5 hours, the whole day was wasted, and if we weren't calling the reception every hour nothing would've moved

Perfect spot!

Liked: The location is fantastic. Even though we were a two minute walk to the main square our room was so quiet we were never disturbed by any street sounds.
Disliked: Nothing. We loved it all!

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The location and the spa area were particularly good.
Disliked: The room was comfortable but no view and quite small. There was no lounge or sitting area. There were no English channels on the tv not even the BBC news! The staff in reception were very helpful but the staff in the breakfast area appeared very young and lacked adequate training—- bringing a napkin at a time rather than being more efficient!

Disliked: Staff was all young people, when you get to desk they are all having a good time, but very little knowledge of anything would they provide and they did not speak very good English. Also, we couldn't even get Euro change from them.

Liked: The location is great, the hotel offers modern amenities.
Disliked: The staff could have been more welcoming when we were trying to check in. It’s as if they never saw a foreigner. They need better training on how to smile and welcome people.

Liked: The staff was very helpful, the location was perfect
Disliked: The bed was stone hard, not suitable for people with back problems, how can it be that a 5 star hotel does not have a topper?The cleaning lady tried her best to help but at the end we remained with the hard bed
