Liked: Close proximity to shops and dining.
Disliked: I travel here often and this trip was the worst I’ve experienced. Our room keys kept getting deactivated so we couldn’t get in or out of the parking garage, the bathroom door kept getting jammed stuck, which is a HUGE fire hazard, not to mention my daughter getting stuck for almost 45 minutes before we plowed down the door, room service was a complete jerk, and I kept getting continual calls from the front desk about my card on file for “incidentals” every single day, multiple times a day when the hotel already pre authorized the total. We kept having to request for cleaners and extra towels. They made a big deal about our service dog which we ended up boarding locally for the week, even after the first night we had boarded her at a pet resort. Not sure I’ll ever visit here again!
