The staff was very friendly. Britanny was especially hospitable by offering us an upgraded room (since they weren't overly busy) and a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband's birthday. What a special added touch!

Liked: The room was great - heart shaped jacuzzi!
Disliked: Clarity on the original price for the room. I saw it advertized as $67 plus tax and thought the final total was $76. It was actually $76 plus tax which was a surprise. But they had given us an upgrade when we arrived so it certainly was worth $94. total.

The room was very comfortable with a couch and chair. Amenities were good. An enjoyable stay.

Liked: The walkway to the Casino.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Don’t know cause we didn’t stay there. You guys bumped us out of our room and had us walk up the street with our luggage to another hotel.

Disliked: Last minute you changed our reservation to the double tree. Comforter I have pictures is mold from top to bottom. Very disappointed

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating, when we needed extra things for our room and help with handicap parking! Kathy helped with both thank you Kathy! Very short walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.
Disliked: My son(in his 20s) is 5'8 and was going to sleep on the pull out couch. It was a very uncomfortable "mattress" so he closed it and slept curled up on the too short couch.
