Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

The staff was very friendly. Britanny was especially hospitable by offering us an upgraded room (since they weren't overly busy) and a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband's birthday. What a special added touch!

Liked: The room was great - heart shaped jacuzzi!
Disliked: Clarity on the original price for the room. I saw it advertized as $67 plus tax and thought the final total was $76. It was actually $76 plus tax which was a surprise. But they had given us an upgrade when we arrived so it certainly was worth $94. total.

The room was very comfortable with a couch and chair. Amenities were good. An enjoyable stay.

Liked: It was easy to access everything from indoors but it is a lot of walking.
Disliked: The lack of parental guidance for the responsibility of their children. The lack of cleanliness of the rooms (our first room). The lack of discount we received for the inconvenience of having to switch rooms and deal with dirty sheets, ants and a broken bath tub plug. The lack of smoking areas, we had to walk around the block while it was raining and windy out (70km winds).

Enjoyable.

Liked: Excellent location for our purposes. We attended a concert at the OLG Theatre. Very reasonable room fee. Friendly and efficient staff. Great variety of restaurants and bar services on site.
Disliked: No soap in the tub soap dispenser and could not get the wifi to connect using my room number and surname.
