Worst hotel we have ever...

Liked: If I could rate this hotel, a zero I would. There was nothing that was good about this hotel and I would advise others not to stay there or get trapped into their crazy mess. Plus, they are a timeshare.
Disliked: Arrived, first room, locked from the inside. Security came, open the door. The room was a disaster. The bed had poop and blood all over the bed, sheets, bedding, pillows. Also, the garbage was full of tissues with blood, poop, other, the tub was filthy, floor, gross, towels missing. Assigned another room, smaller room, floor, sticky, toilet, overflowed, several times, not clean, told they were way understaffed. Called several times for help with the toilet and never received assistance. Extremely loud other guests, kept us up all nights. Sent in a complaint. Was only compensated $125. We have stayed in Vegas over 40 times and have never experienced such a horrible hotel. I will post some pics of the bed and other issues.

Overall, it’s a wonderful place...

Liked: It’s a beautiful place to stay. We like spending time at the pool.
Disliked: Didn’t like the fact that it’s a timeshare property and you’re pushing to go to one of their meetings. Also, you had to pay for that. It would be nice just to come and stay and not be pressured.

Liked: great service, great room. Clean. Loved the parking being right next to the building and for free. Shuttle service to the strip was a bonus. No complaints
Disliked: nothing.

Liked: Overall the hotel/resort was amazing with wonderful facilities and friendly /courteous staff. Room was incredible with kitchen, living area, washer and dryer.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location because is near to many places and activities.
Disliked: Maybe can improve if include the daily housekeeping of the rooms.
