Amazing and helpful staff, comfortable...

Liked: Always so clean and smells so amazing!
Disliked: I think my only complaint is not being able to access the car easily due to valet. Obviously not a deal breaker but things we leave in the car, we usually just end up walking down the street to buy again so we don’t have to bother the valet guys.

Disliked: the noise made by the ventilation system from the roof top (our room was on the 16th floor) . The sound proofing is very poor, and during the night there was this constant noise which made it difficult for us to sleep. The breakfast is ok, but a wider choice of food would have been more appropriate especially at these rates.

Why the Wyndham

Liked: I have been visiting clear water for years & the Wyndham is my favorite place to stay! Every time I walk up those steps I feel like I am entering a place of joy & relaxation! It’s central located & the food & service are impeccable! This last visit we were celebrating my up coming 50th birthday & the lady working the front desk had just celebrated her 40th. Later that evening there was a had written card in our room as well as a bottle of champagne & a dessert! Now that’s service!!

We enjoyed the location and...

Liked: The location of the hotel made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops on the beach.
Disliked: The pool filled up really fast and was very small for the size of the hotel. It got crowded and was hard to relax. Felt nickel and dimed for everything (breakfast, up charge if you wanted a cabana beach rental instead of basic chairs/umbrella, parking, etc).

Relaxing, plenty of family friendly...

Liked: I loved the whole experience of staying. The staff was incredible, the perks of staying there was good, and just the over all stay was amazing. We been talking about our vacation since we left and I keep saying how I want to go back. It was wonderful and the location was amazing too.
Disliked: I didn’t like all the surprise “tax’s” and holds they do on your cards if you’re staying. I know all/most resorts do it but still always a little surprising at the end getting your bill. Also I don’t understand why they put a hold on your card at the restaurants either.

Liked: Very nice, perfect location to the beach. Awesome and convenient food options. Little surprises in daily schedule like smores at night, and fruit skewers in the daytime!
Disliked: The only negative was a pressure to tip so often, even though service charges were added to the ticket for food, beach and pool towel service, and beach chairs that were part of the resort fee.
