Superior bellhops; fabulously clean; extreme comfort; soundproof; overall highly recommended.

Liked: Incredible and perfect location.
Disliked: Inconsistent information from one conceirge to the next.

Liked: Location was amazing! Right next to the ?L? and the river. Plus great restaurants, cafes, parks, museums & activities. Staff were friendly & efficient. Did not eat in hotel resto/bar out of preference, seems nice & always busy.
Disliked: The elevator was under construction and took a LONG time to reach. (We were on the 38th floor) The elevator stopped on every floor/ every other floor along the way down to the lobby. We were not notified of this issue prior to arrival. There was no pool or rooftop space. Would of loved complimentary breakfast or some sort of comp due to the lengthy elevator inconvenience.

Liked: The location was most convenient to my work location. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Disliked: The elevators system is very slow and extremely inconvenient. Often guests wait in excess of 10 - 15 minutes for an elevator to arrive - and often it is full. Rather than having only two elevators in use for a thirty eight floor hotel, all should be in service - or marked out of service. Valet parking at $67 nightly is too expensive, even in downtown Chicago. Air conditioning of the rooms is not equivalent of the temperature.

Liked: The hotel staff and hotel restaurant were awesome. Will stay there again...but will book through them or another company.
Disliked: One of my anemities was free parking. Its stated on my email from booking.com that it was email that it was. Got there and spent 67 a night for parking. Not very happy with your service. Will not be using your service again. Please take me off your email list.

I might stay there again...

Liked: Location location location Clean. Comfortable
Disliked: Both extra security locks were broken. The concierge knew less than I did, had no information available, and there were no discounts offered for area activities. She just pulled out her cell phone and started looking up info on the water taxi. Same thing I had already done.

Disappointed with the money we...

Liked: Location was great and close to many Chicago attractions. View of the city is amazing from high floors. We were on 34th floor! Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Clean rooms and river-view was great.
Disliked: 1. ALL four (4) Lifts are not working properly and some of them are nightmare. Each time we waited more than 10 minutes to get to our floor. Very disappointed. They are renovating lifts since last 1.5 years as per staff but still not there yet. Some staff do not even accept faulty lifts and started an argument. 2. BREAKFAST- Its not free and they give you MAX 2 vouchers per family (no matter how big family size) and you basically order from restaurant menu of limited options which is SUPER COSTLY. We don't find any change in day- to day American breakfast they got. They should give it FREE for every one in family. Also, American Breakfast is only on Weekends/ Holidays and not available on weekdays. 3. Rooms are HOT on warm days and they have central air conditioning units which does not works very good. 4. Room Service don't change towels on daily basis but just pick dirty towels lying on floor and never replaced them. Looks like they have limited supply of towels. 5. Wait for getting seated during morning breakfast is SUPER time consuming, especially when you have plans for the day.
