Liked: The location was great. The hotel is beautiful! The room was spacious, and inviting. The staff were all so kind!
Disliked: The beds were firm (but not unbearable), however the pillows, Lumpier than my homemade gravy.

Not Again!

Liked: Facilities are impressive and clean.
Disliked: I am getting a little irritated about booking rooms on line only to find out when arriving that our particular room request is not available.

Liked: Very good location. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. The sit down breakfast was great.
Disliked: There was no microwave in the room. The one bed in our room the mattress was like a V it definitely needs replaced. The elevators take forever.

Disliked: It was a long walk to the elevator.

Liked: It was beautiful. Great location.
Disliked: Bed was not that comfortable. No microwave in room. Paid for a Breakfast buffet which was unavailable all three days I stayed. Inconvenience.

Liked: Proximity to all the landmarks and historical areas.
Disliked: The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. The duvet cover was brown and not covered. No blanket. The bed was made with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet cover, and a flat sheet thrown on top. Woman checking me in acted like I was bothering her. No information was givem about breakfast and where it was served. No information about contacting the front desk if needed. Mulriple people requesting towels at the front desk. Elevators were a bit rickety as well. Key stopped working 1 day before we were scheduled to leave. I was not impressed and if we come back to Gettysburg we will be definitely staying in a different hotel. It's a shame too as the last time I was there like 9 yrs ago the hotel was beautiful and comfortable.
