Great stay; we would choose...

Liked: Comfortable and clean
Disliked: Slow drain in bathroom, not enough coffee pods at first, but front desk staff took care of us.

Liked: Very welcoming! Close to the fair, yet far enough back off the main road that is was very quiet.

Disliked: They need more cleaning help! The lobby rugs and outside was very dirty, cigarette buts and trash! The bathroom floor was very dirty!

Liked: Good location to the York county fair. Nice size room. Staff kind, receptive.
Disliked: The room was humid even with the AC cranking out cold air. Everything felt damp. Dont know if the weather or the pool contributed to the humid feel. Unable to change rooms. The hotel was sold out that night and i was only there one night.

It wasn’t worth the money...

Liked: The property was close to the event we were attending.
Disliked: I received an e-mail to complete check in prior to arrival, which I did. When I arrived, I was asked to provide the same information and my card for a $50 hold. I asked if the information I supplied the previous day was not sufficient? The “operations manager” who was checking me in very rudely told me that the information was required. I understand. I was asking why what I provided the day prior was not sufficient. I never got an answer. The room was located next to a stairwell. All day and night the slamming of the door to the stairs woke us up or kept us up. Try installing soft close doors so that it’s not keeping your guests awake. The hallway had zero air conditioning and was stifling. There were tiles in the drop ceiling that looked like they were about to fall because they were soaking wet. The room was okay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The “breakfast buffet” was yogurt, eggs, burnt sausage, and potatoes that were hard as rocks. There were 2 toasters, neither of which worked. I travel quite a bit and have not had a stay as unpleasant as this one.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good. We enjoyed Fenderz bar, Bartender May was so friendly. Entertainment was a plus

I will never be staying...

Liked: The overall vibe of the hotel is great but would not stay again.
Disliked: No towels had to dry off with hand towels, hotel repeatedly charged my card the entire weekend even though I already paid a week before I even checked in. I left a entire day earlier than booked because I was given no choice but to stay in a room with a broken shower. I was assured I wouldn't be charged for excess water or held responsible for anything being broken. 10 days after my stay I'm being charged $300 extra dollars and they claim it's due to me breaking the faucet in the shower!!!! It was the 4th of July I checked in and went straight to do my plans when I got back to the room I heard the constant water running and reported it to the front desk immediately!!! I will never stay here again
