Liked: Room was nice and comfy but pretty standard, very overpriced
Disliked: Checking I was charged for the pet fee which was expected but also wanted $250 hold which was not dictated in website only $20 for the pet. Why charge a fee if you hold 250 anyway and vice versa. Asked if I wanted to be close or far from the lift. I said far and was given a room next to the lift...... Ask for a fork and spoon to take to my room and the guys at reception weren't very helpful and gave my girlfriend plastic cutlery. Over $200 a night and they would only give plastic cutlery. I then went down and went to the kitchen myself where I was assisted by a lady, why could the guys at reception do this? 1005 in the morning one of the staff entered the room without knocking. Despite the Do not disturb sign on and check out being at 1100.Room was okay but with all of the kids running around there's rubbish and food all over the floor in communal areas. Despite there being a smoking area there cigarettes everywhere outside from the front door to the street.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Server was very good. Food was good. Coffee cup too small.
Disliked: Better menu variety.
