Disappointed that reservation means nothing!...

Liked: Location and the hotel was beautiful
Disliked: The fact my reservation was for two queen beds and they did not have that for us so they upgraded us to a king suite which literally sucked. My daughter had to sleep on sofa bed which was uncomfortable! There was no bedding I had to go down to desk and ask for it. For what I paid I should not have been given this room. Very disappointed. Would I stay here again yes if they guaranteed me the room I booked!

Disliked: Extremely loud through night and morning, beds were super uncomfortable, pillows were awful, pool area was dirty people wearing outdoor footwear around pool

Liked: The stay was good..but after we found a bug in the room got me unpleasant..was scared to sleep lol
Disliked: We found a bed bug crawling when we came back from breakfast after first night of stay..it was good but they moved us but it was couple doors down from it

Liked: Our room wasn’t cleaned in the 3 days we stayed here! Had to ask housekeeping each day for towels and 3 times to clean but it was only done once.
