Good location, friendly staff but...
Liked: It’s close to Busch Gardens
Disliked: Bad smell near the elevators. There was hair on the beds and dead bugs on the floor in the bedroom. No USB ports to charge electronics. TV is too small for the size of the room.

We dreaded having to go...
Liked: It was a very uncomfortable stay. It was uncleanly. We slept ontop bed using our own blankets. Tub was filthy as was the floor. The elevators were disgusting… not in construction, just unkept . Dirty, broken tiles and weird nasty dirty rugs in them.Smelled awful
Disliked: Nothing. Front desk clerk rude and not helpful at all. For example, We asked her” could we please have number to a pizza delivery for here? “She just looked at us..I said can we pls have the number to the place that delivers here ( there were several dominos we didn’t know which one everyone was order from).She answereded… “We don’t do that” and went in back.

Awkwardly designed
Liked: The staff was nice and the location was great
Disliked: No enough bedding for the sofa bed, breakfast was understocked, toilet kept getting clogged and the toilet seat wasn't adjusted so we went through 1/2 of stay with the seat stuck in this weird halfway position.The setup of the bathroom is really awkward too...the sink is OUTSIDE of the bathroom so you have to finish using the bathroom...and come OUTSIDE of the bathroom to wash your hands.I would not stay here again.

Disliked: Room was not up to whyndam standard..as I stayed at the one in Virginia Beach.. elevator floors cracked hallway dirty . floors..Breakfast was fair.. coffee as I am a coffee counesseir was awful. Tasted like instant. After I saw the service person put it in the machine it was a powder...Gross. You pay for a hotel and you get instant coffee. Never in my life have I experienced this. The coffee maker in .y room was broken.i had chase the maids to get another one .Half didn't speak English. The end.

Overall, a very good stay....
Liked: Very convenient location, very nice staff, clean, comfortable room
Disliked: Guests should not be looking at the plumbing, cut paneling and styrofoam under the sink, especially if their clean towels are in the same cabinet. It looks unprofessional and unclean. Also, people tend to be fairly good sized animals, they need more than a one inch bar of soap, or a couple ounces of liquid body wash. It’s also helpful to have some form of rack to set them on inside the shower, so they don’t have to hold it, or drop it and pick it up later.
