Wyndham Garden Wichita Downtown

Bad. Very bad.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Was assigned an occupied room. The A/C leaked soaking the the carpeting in the AM. Room missing a wash cloth. The hotel offered a "hot breakfast." At 07:00, there were sausage patties. Cereal but no milk. Bagels but no cream cheese. No tea. Only one working ice machine (4th floor) and the signs on the out of service ones were no help.

You can tell it was an older motel because of the musty smell. But it was OK for the price.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The cubicle room that we had. The room next to us - the door was right next to ours. You could hear everything from the next room.

The staff was wonderful. Very, very pleased with everything.

Liked: Well I booked my stay on booking.com and then got to the hotel
Disliked: The way they tried to cheat me out of my money and charged me EVERY STAY THE 25.00 PER NIGHT FOR MY REGISTERED ESA DOG which is supposed to be free

Liked: It was close to the music theater we we were in town to see, had two bedrooms to accommodate our large family, and had a pool
Disliked: The facilities were in rough condition and the hallways smelled. The neighborhood is a bit rough too

Disliked: The room smelled terrible of cat urine. I couldn’t get to sleep because it was so overwhelming.
