Bad. Very bad.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Was assigned an occupied room. The A/C leaked soaking the the carpeting in the AM. Room missing a wash cloth. The hotel offered a "hot breakfast." At 07:00, there were sausage patties. Cereal but no milk. Bagels but no cream cheese. No tea. Only one working ice machine (4th floor) and the signs on the out of service ones were no help.

You can tell it was an older motel because of the musty smell. But it was OK for the price.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The cubicle room that we had. The room next to us - the door was right next to ours. You could hear everything from the next room.

The staff was wonderful. Very, very pleased with everything.

Liked: Nice king size bed. Lots of space in the room.
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast was lacking.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was accessible to the main thoroughfare.
Disliked: The room was not clean (tools in bathroom, dirty towels left on floor, toilet not clean and we took pictures), we had to ask for a different room and in the next room we were given we had to repeatedly ask for standard amenities like iron board, iron board cover, ice bucket, and clean towels. The ice machine was out of order on our floor and had to go to other floors to get ice.

Liked: Very quiet private room was clean the bed looked and felt clean
Disliked: The TV couldn't get many movie channels unless I paid to watch ,the air conditioner was not cooling much got hot during the night that's it other then what I mentioned everything else was ok

Disliked: Elevators felt like they would break down any second the doors rattled pretty bad while using, upon arriving to the room i inspected the room for cleanliness and bed bugs. They sheets had stains, dirt and bugs crawling all over. I talked with the font desk and they offered to upgrade my room but left anyways as bed bugs are probably everywhere. POOL is also closed.

Exceptional

Liked: Very unique and pleasant place. Perfect location for our needs and the price was the best in town! Everything was amazing from the nice staff, very comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and a wonderful pool! This is our go to place when visiting family!! Feels like home and the rooms are clean and big!

Very good
