Bad. Very bad.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Was assigned an occupied room. The A/C leaked soaking the the carpeting in the AM. Room missing a wash cloth. The hotel offered a "hot breakfast." At 07:00, there were sausage patties. Cereal but no milk. Bagels but no cream cheese. No tea. Only one working ice machine (4th floor) and the signs on the out of service ones were no help.

You can tell it was an older motel because of the musty smell. But it was OK for the price.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The cubicle room that we had. The room next to us - the door was right next to ours. You could hear everything from the next room.

The staff was wonderful. Very, very pleased with everything.

Disliked: Rude staff. Dirty room. Very little hot water. Breakfast was not very good.

Staying there cause me more...

Liked: I didn't get breakfast I didn't like the staff the attitude I didn't like the service I like being lied to about my refund I didn't like it I didn't have the ability to do my laundry when it's clearly advertised they have an excellent laundry the whole reason I went. The general manager had absolutely no concern about helping me
