Bad. Very bad.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Was assigned an occupied room. The A/C leaked soaking the the carpeting in the AM. Room missing a wash cloth. The hotel offered a "hot breakfast." At 07:00, there were sausage patties. Cereal but no milk. Bagels but no cream cheese. No tea. Only one working ice machine (4th floor) and the signs on the out of service ones were no help.

You can tell it was an older motel because of the musty smell. But it was OK for the price.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The cubicle room that we had. The room next to us - the door was right next to ours. You could hear everything from the next room.

The staff was wonderful. Very, very pleased with everything.

It was ok. It’s nothing...

Liked: Easy to locate and direct access to a main thoroughfare, and well priced. I did like that the room doors are set back from the hall in little alcoves. The bathroom backs to the hallway, not the bedroom so it really helped with noise control.
Disliked: Front desk clerk must have been new because check in was a little painful. The beds were too firm for my taste. Only a few channels seemed to be available on the tv. The eggs at breakfast tasted like plastic.

Horrible experience

Liked: I liked that it was about 2 blocks from our venue. That’s all
Disliked: Where to start…..we canceled our second day of staying there which of course was a huge issue. We found out that they charged us $100 for deposit for the day we stayed and for the next day also. We didn’t even stay the night we checked out at 11am and they charged us a separate deposit for that day. We still have not received the separate charge of $100 back, we stayed there on March 13th!!!! They are so dishonest. They said the money was released when we checked out but they can not give a receipt for the one day of deposit that was charged separately. We have no proof for the credit card company so we are screwed out of $100, even though it shows a second $100 was taken out. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO CHARGE YOUR CARD SEPARATE FOR THE DEPOSIT. There is no proof that you paid it so they aren’t returning it. They suck!!!! Do not stay here!!!!!

Disliked: The hotel double charged our card and we are still trying to get our money back, we also had to put up with all of the bums asking for spare change along with one person trying to get into out vehicle on the property, I would not stay at this hotel again until the trash is off of the streets

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The cards given to get into the room were not working. After the 3rd attempt to get into the room we were finally moved to a new room. The pictures on the website looked much more up to date. The mobility bathroom was disappointing. There was not an attached chair (type that hospitals use) as pictured but a cheap plastic shower chair. The sink was a pedestal sink and no place to place toiletries. Also the carpet that went up the base on the wall covered half of the wall outlet creating a fire hazard. There was also limited parking. The additional parking that was available in the alley did not look safe as there was no lighting.
