Disliked: Hallways to rooms were pretty dirty and unkempt. They need to at least be vacuumed more frequently. Overall the place didn’t seem to be very well maintained.

Liked: I love the large pool area that this hotel has.
Disliked: We stayed here last year under different ownership and I will say things have gone downhill quite a bit. We had a dirty towel hanging with the clean ones in the bathroom, a half used shampoo, the floor around the air conditioner was soaked the whole time we were there, the shower never got hot, the hot tub wasn’t hot, and there were issues with the elevators through our whole stay. Management seems to want to help but they have a long way to go.
