Facility/grounds clean, guests unruly, weed...

Liked: I could see they made a good effort at maintaining the grounds oh, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The refrigerator and microwave were a good touch and the water was hot. The front desk staff was also very nice. I complained about the issues I had and requested to talk to the manager twice, she didn't bother to return my phone calls, but did credit me back one day of my stay.
Disliked: Bathroom needed more updating and cosmetic maintenance, security needs to continuously Patrol the buildings particularly at night due to guest continuously smoking weed and I was awakened at 4:50 a.m. by guests fighting. Also I wasn't happy about the dog that kept barking across the hall from me.

Liked: I didn?t like anything.
Disliked: We ordered wheelchair accessible room. We had to get our room changed during arrival. Going back and forth and carrying luggage and children from a non wheelchair accessible room to the lobby and then finally to a new room. This room did not have AC. Talked to the front desk about it twice before she finally called maintenance. The other non wheelchair accessible room had a perfectly working AC. When maintenance finally came to the room the maintenance man lied to us and told us the AC isn?t turning on because it?s not summer yet and the Hotel doesn?t turn on their AC until the summer. I was going to complain about it and change my room again but the children and wife was so tired that they told me forget about it. Very horrible stay. 89 degrees and nicest day of the year yet and no AC in your hotel room, horrible guest service. And the bath tube was disgusting. Wish I could get a refund.
