Pleasant Travels

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. The upgraded room-sized refrigerator was nice, especially with the inside view from the see-through doorway.
Disliked: Limited towels and the hotel ran out of clean bath clothes/towels for an exchange. Nothing indicated for stays over 1 day that the room would not receive cleaning services. Breakfast was good and hot, but the time set for the breakfast was not readily visible or explained at check-in. The seating in the room was sparse and if you wanted to sit down it had to be on the bed, or the floor, or take turns with the one chair in the room. A small coffee maker and or microwave would have been pleasant as well.

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: The floor felt dirty, there was hair in the shower and on the towels. The door lock latch was broken which concerned me. The light behind the beds wouldn’t run off and the switch wasn’t working.

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The rooms were humid the whole time. The floor gets wet. Since the rooms keeps humidity, the everything sweats, the floor, the wall, the appliances. Not to say that have a weird sonar clock that was plugged to an extension. The 3 ley plug was connected to an 2 plug extension. It left the round out. I think that can cause a fire. Plus, That’s the can the room has mold everywhere in spot. Even the bed has mold. You will not notice it until you pay attention and open the window for better light. All areas were poorly cleaned. The corridor rugs are dirty. The staff is not nice except the front desk guy. We’re not returning to this hotel.
