Liked: That the front desk assured me we would be refunded the entire amount. I am still waiting though.
Disliked: The room was big enough but humid and moldy. The hallways and elevator are extremely dirty and the entire hotel smells like mold. The AC in the room was not cooling.

Could not stay one night-...

Liked: I did not like anything. I've never been to such a dirty place before. Breakfast is included but based on how the bedrooms and hallways look, I would not eat from there.
Disliked: Walking into the hotel felt old and eerie in the first place but I was so tired and just wanted to go to bed that I overlooked that part. The front desk receptionist was not inviting but he wasn't rude. We got our room keys. Upon walking in the halls, it smelled like mildew and the fabric baseboards were peeling off. The ceiling was peeling as if they were prepping to paint but it still smelled old and wet in those halls. The ice machine was leaking brown substance and it smelled too. When we entered the room, it was a total let down. There was 2 extremely small pillows and the bed looked like a teenager made it up. It did not look clean. The bathroom was the worst bathroom I had ever seen. I took pictures and videos and my husband, who usually settles for whatever, said there was no way he could sleep on that bed or use the restroom. We went downstairs and showed the front desk rep our pictures and videos-asked for a refund. He didn't look shocked but he provided the refund and I left the facility. Never Again. I did not like this place. It was unkempt and smelly. I'll never go back.

Liked: There was a pool with free towels
Disliked: The customer service was terrible. Very unfriendly personnel. The room was not cleaned. No appology or anything like that. Breakfast was poor.

Don’t stay here

Liked: I guess the location is good?
Disliked: Everything else. Roaches, no working WiFi. I was promised a 50 dollar refund on my room because there was no cable or WiFi and never received it. The whole place had an odor.
