Very disappointing needs to be...

Liked: The bed was comfy, the staff tried their best even though a bad situation.
Disliked: The property was dirty, smelly and two floors were out of action causing everyone pretty well to be on the ground floor. Carpets in the hall were thread bare and very dirty. The rooms smelt of either smoke, nonsmoking hotel! Or some foul over powering disinfectant. Half the amenities were missing, hairdryers coffee making machine. The bath was badly stained and the decoration was in very bad state of repair. We were eventually moved up on to the fourth floor to have a connecting room as no other two bed doubles available. The connecting door was very badly in need of restoration and the hallway ceiling was in a very bad state and the whole floor corridor had a smell of damp . I was traveling with family on holiday and had booked three rooms. We arrived late after a very long day so this upset was not appreciated. I am hoping that the two floors not open are going through a total refurb as it really is a very shabby place at the moment.

Liked: The rooms was nice, feels like you are in a complete different location when you enter that room.
Disliked: When I arrived I was given a king room when I requested 2 queen beds, they ended up giving me an extra room for the night but had to change rooms the following day. The halls smelled of urine and dogs, the elevator was leaking water from the ceiling, my refrigerator stopped working and when I called the front desk to fix it I was told maintenance was gone and there was nothing that they could do. The full breakfast that it states they have online is more of a continental breakfast, and instead of orange juice it’s Tang. The only reason we stayed is because I was there for my daughter’s college orientation and did not have time to find another hotel. Will never stay here again that’s for sure.

Liked: Staff was kind. Our room was clean and updated. Shower had good pressure/got hot.
Disliked: Looks like the hotel is being remodeled. Main floor was updated. Our floor(3rd) looked like it was being rewired. When elevator opened, there was a collection of water at top with water draining down-we took the stairs(was raining outside). Breakfast was complimentary, but very basic- bacon, bread/bagels, apples, oatmeal, applejuice/orangejuice.

Liked: Location and comfortable beds and two staff members who were professional at all times
Disliked: Lighting in rooms, old rusted garbage cans, no fans in bathroom, broken ice machines, juice machines, staff attitude( Yolanda), maintenance never showed up and we were next door to them on first floor, tv not working, work order created for our room was input and the closed out as if the job was done and I was told this when I was making my third request for service by Catreba at the front desk. Majority of workers were slacking and had that attitude as if they didn t wanna be there or that” I hate my job look”

I wouldn t recommend establishment...

Liked: Location and beds. The lady at the front desk (Catreba)and the worker name Teresa who was on duty Friday morning there were the two nicest, pleasant, and professional staff ever.
Disliked: Not enough lighting in room, ice machines out, renovation going on, no fans in bathroom, garbage cans in rooms should be replaced with new ones, requested three times for a burned out light to be replaced (never happen), tv didn t work, requested help with that no one ever showed up. We were there for four days and three nights. Manager was no where on sight or wouldn t come out office. Staff worker serving the breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornin breakfast was very hostile, and combative and verbal. We were told tht she didn t have to serve us, this was a complimentary breakfast tht we don t have pay for, the food was horrible and under cooked. Wasn’t t refilled or replenished in a timely manner, guy at the front desk act like he didn t know her name, went to the manger whi supposedly wasn’t on site to get the name. He said her name was Yolanda, she was in a foul mood arguing with someone on her personal phone while, loud enough to hear, while people were waiting on stuff to be refilled and replenished. Couldn t even get a printed receipt because they had no extra ink cartridges and apparently have been waiting over a month waiting on them. The juice machines were out of order (breakfast room), the snack area for purchase was depleted from day one of arrival. Staffers Catreba (front desk) and Teresa ( who did the breakfast prep and serving ) were top notch and very professional and went over and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Other than that I would give this stay a big fat “F”!!!!! The second booking under the booking .com in 60 days tht I ended up with the hotel stay from hell. How can I get my $$ back? I m not gonna chance a third dissatisfying stay!!!!!
