Condemn this hotel- unsafe, nasty,...

Liked: Needs to be condemned! Beyond NASTY! It was filthy, nasty and lots of broken things. Parking lot not safe, lots of homeless wandering around, filthy. Room had everything wrong with it. GROSS!!! RUN FROMTHIS HOTEL. I literally had to leave.

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels, soaps, and shampoos. The premises were quiet, with no unnecessary activity going on.

Liked: The hotel was clean and well-maintained; the front desk agent expressed sincere apologies and concern regarding the room assignment discrepancy.
Disliked: I expect complete accuracy and adherence to confirmed reservations. Reciprocity in this matter is expected.
