Liked: The hotel was close to the freeway (highway).
Disliked: The room was nasty, hair in the tub, roaches running around in the room. The microwave was old and the TV was extremely small. This hotel is really out dated. The price was too high for a room like that.

Horrible check-in, humid room, hot...

Liked: Once we were finally able to get into our room, it was very clean.
Disliked: -We had to wait 45 minutes to check-in. None of the non pet rooms were ready and available for check-in. There was a lobby full of guests waiting and a line out the door from 3:00-3:45, and that was when we finally got in our room. There was still a line after that.-The incoming staff member had NO idea what was happening because she wasn’t asking the leaving staff member anything. So, when we the guests were trying to get any info, she was getting an attitude. -When our rooms were finally available, instead of announcing it to those of us that had been waiting for 45 minutes OR longer, said staff member began checking in guests coming in the door. I believe we should have gotten priority since we had been waiting.-Our room was very hot and humid. Our air was down as far as it would go and it was still hot. We also passed other guests fanning themselves in the hallway, so I assumed they felt the same as us. The temperature seemed to get worse at night time.-The shower head wasn’t the best, but that’s every hotel.-There were no plugs on the right side of our room. My husband had to plug his phone in across the room.-I am a rewards member, I wasn’t acknowledged as one, and I was highly disappointed as one in this location.
