Disliked: I found out pool was closed. hot tube GONE. went to my room. found out someone was in there, messed up bed and bathroom.Went back to front desk. asked for my money back and left.I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE !

Disliked: This location is not a safe location. The facility appeared to have sustained some water damage and several homeless were hanging in and around the lobby. My 10yr old felt unsafe and scared so we didn’t stay

Disliked: The pool wasn't open the restaurant wasn't open and the bar was not open. The staff was very rude

Disliked: Hotel smelled so bad of weed felt unsafe was handing out the master key to everyone gave us a room that was already occupied next room door didn’t shut third room woke up with a used bandaid from someone else stuck on me breakfast was cold I have asked to speak to the manager several times and they won’t let me when making the reservation told me pool was open pool had been down since December and jacuzzi was concrete in admitted to the lady lieing to me fitness room was a bike broken weight bench but no weights windows where nasty dust everywhere I told them third floor smelled so bad of weed and I had children lady at front desk just said ya and knotted her head yes

Disliked: Our room had no light bulbs, no towels and no air conditioning

Needs new management & needs...

Liked: The lady at the front desk was nice to me.
Disliked: Everything was broken & dirty. Had to change rooms twice
