Liked: The hotel is close to everything OSU shopping food and the staff was very friendly, room was decent
Disliked: I have stayed at this location plenty of times, to be honest. It's the only place I stay. However after this last stay I may have to make some changes. When I checked in and made it to my room, only one of the two keys worked. So I stopped by the desk and she made a new one. When I put my bag on the luggage rack, one side came out of the wall. I hurried up and called the front desk to make them aware no one came that night. The next morning, I noticed that there was a charge on my account for 85$ and some change from the hotel. Keep in mind I had already pre-paid for the stay. So I wasn't sure why there was an additional charge. Only to come back and once again the room keys don't work both this time so they made new one's in total I had to have my room key made 3 different times house clean just came in the room they didn't knock or anything luckily I had the dead bolt on. Then to top off the stay I pulled a towel to dry off with and it was covered in dirty and hair on both side. When I was checking out I showed the towel to the lady at the desk and told her about my stay she just looked at me like a deer in headlights and asked if I needed her for anything else because she was going to show the towel to house keeping. It literally looked like they just re-folded the towel and stuck it back dirty and all. Truly one of the worst stay I have had with them. I forgot to take pictures of the towel and the luggage rack

I will NOT recommend this...

Disliked: Stayed 3 nights. We had to take out our own garbage. Never got clean towels, wash cloths, etc. The refrigerator in the room was not at all level. When attempting to open it, the door was scraping on the platform. The entrance coming in from the East door was not swept nor was the carpet vacuumed.

Good price/location. Not very clean.

Liked: Location close to downtown. Price was good. Breakfast had a few nice items.
Disliked: Not a lot of cleaning happening. The same trash was in the hallway all three nights and was never picked up. Bathroom by breakfast looked like a gas station bathroom level of cleanliness. Extra charges on my card that were later refunded with any action on my end but it was weird. If you need help the people who work there are often smoking behind the building so you have to go look for them there.

Liked: Comfortable , quiet, physical facilities was antiquated but cleanliness was spot on . Furniture was worn and dusty. Overall great experience

Very good

Liked: Nice rooms, some facing inside but on our request we moved to one facing outside.Great breakfast with hot keto friendly options, nice scrambled eggs, sausage and sausage gravy.
Disliked: Poor Wi-Fi connection and cell coverage was not good there either so hard some challenges.
