I wish we had stayed...

Disliked: property was noisy which traveled through the walls... a nearby elevator was extremely noisy. A promised wake up call never happened. A prepaid airport shuttle never happened because the driver did not show for the scheduled departure. The staff couldnt be bothered

I had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Room was spacious and clean.

Disliked: The room had no hot water. The toilet didn’t flush well. The tv was broken. The lock on the door was not working well. When manager was notified, no offer to correct was made.

Disliked: Arrived around 5pm 2 hours after I was able to check in and the room will still not ready. Had to wait in the lobby for about 30min for my room to be ready. The room beds weren’t that comfy and was a little rough. The tv was like watching tv from the 1990s the speakers on it sounded awful. The bathroom ceiling had paint peeling off not a good look. Cleanliness of hotel and room was overall okay. Another issue I encountered was another charge on my card that the hotel manager couldn’t even tell me why I was charged and requested more time to look into it. I prepaid through booking and then the security deposit and then another charge came up the second day that he couldn’t tell me why And the amount was $77 and some change. This was a lesson learned to not book through a 3rd party from here on out as well as stay at this hotel chain. This was a friendly reminder on why I usually pay extra to stay at the Hilton

Liked: Room and Bed were okay
Disliked: The property was advertised as including Breakfast. However due to construction/remodeling breakfast wasn't available. Would've been nice to know that while booking the trip.

Good enough.

Liked: Very spacious room. I wanted to check out later than the rule, and they allowed me free of charge. My room was very quiet and the aircon was working really well. Furniture and decor is old, but clean. Bathroom also very clean.
Disliked: The hotel is run-down and in serious need of renovation. Renovation has started and the promise is that it will be completed by the end of 2025. I'll go back there only once the renovation is complete.
