Wyndham Garden Pittsburgh Airport

Disliked: Room dirty, especially the beds.

An OK place for a one or two night stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. A/C unit was loud. No refrigerator, cups, or coffee for coffee machine in room. Very few toiletries, (one tiny bottle of shampoo and a single bar of soap, not enough for two people) but I always bring my own.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. They were overbooked - my room was not available. I was given a king bed when I was supposed to have two queens then I was told I would get a roll away bed but in reality they didn't have any. Breakfast was supposed to be included. I was then told it was $9 a person. My air conditioning was broke and leaking. The carpet was soaked and the room smelled like mildew. The toilet seat was broke and the pool was completely drained and dry. They were under staffed and the staff they had were rude and not helpful. Do not stay here.

Liked: This was incredibly close to the airport without being actually on airport property. It is also a short drive to restaurants and Costco.

Disliked: no hot water and parking lot was horrible and the place was ran down and roof was missing tiles and restaurant was closed and water stains everywhere , coffee was cold and coffee pot in room leaked everywhere

Disliked: The fire alarm starting ringing at 3 a.m. once the fire trucks and police arrived we were asked head down to the lobby which resulted in a 20 minute stay in the lobby. The fire department stated if was a faulty alarm system with the hotel needless to say I could not go back to sleep terrible night and I would suggest the Hotel look into replacing the shower curtain in the room I stayed.
