Wyndham Garden Pittsburgh Airport

Disliked: Room dirty, especially the beds.

An OK place for a one or two night stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. A/C unit was loud. No refrigerator, cups, or coffee for coffee machine in room. Very few toiletries, (one tiny bottle of shampoo and a single bar of soap, not enough for two people) but I always bring my own.

Liked: Price was reasonable for airport location.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. They were overbooked - my room was not available. I was given a king bed when I was supposed to have two queens then I was told I would get a roll away bed but in reality they didn't have any. Breakfast was supposed to be included. I was then told it was $9 a person. My air conditioning was broke and leaking. The carpet was soaked and the room smelled like mildew. The toilet seat was broke and the pool was completely drained and dry. They were under staffed and the staff they had were rude and not helpful. Do not stay here.

Disliked: The chair in the room wasn't clean. The tub was running non-stop all weekend, and the wood floor was slippery like it had something on it...... The hotel is dirty....

Convenient stay.

Liked: It's very close to the airport and really easy to check in, the rooms are large and the water temperature is great.
Disliked: While the shower pressure and temperature was decent the bath floor needed to be replaced. It was sunken in and the grout was showing age. Also hard floors seemed to have a residue of what they were cleaned with.They offer a slim Continental breakfast, no fruit.

Liked: Great bed and great decor. The coffee in the lobby was good.

Liked: It was close to the airport
Disliked: Building needed work drywall was falling down in places on the ceiling. Pool was covered and disgusting out of order. Room was decently, cleaned. Some of the chairs have stains in them. You could tell it was outdated furniture. One of the clerks upfront was not very friendly.

Convenient to the airport and...

Liked: The room was large and clean, TV connections on some channels were a little weak but that is fine. I had to leave super early for a flight which is why I choose this location since it was so close to the airport so I didn't get to try breakfast but the check in and out was quick!
Disliked: Closer to the road than preferred so there was some road noise but maybe that could be considered white noise, and also the closeness to the airport means you can hear the planes landing.

Very clean and updated hotel!...

Liked: The cleaning staff were super helpful when our room key stopped working and Noone was at the front desk due to their manager walking out that night. Thank goodness for them or we were out of luck getting into the room.
Disliked: Horrible breakfast, guy tried taking it away well before the end of breakfast hours, as we were in the middle of getting food.
