Disliked: Room dirty, especially the beds.

An OK place for a one or two night stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. A/C unit was loud. No refrigerator, cups, or coffee for coffee machine in room. Very few toiletries, (one tiny bottle of shampoo and a single bar of soap, not enough for two people) but I always bring my own.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. They were overbooked - my room was not available. I was given a king bed when I was supposed to have two queens then I was told I would get a roll away bed but in reality they didn't have any. Breakfast was supposed to be included. I was then told it was $9 a person. My air conditioning was broke and leaking. The carpet was soaked and the room smelled like mildew. The toilet seat was broke and the pool was completely drained and dry. They were under staffed and the staff they had were rude and not helpful. Do not stay here.

It was disappointing overall

Disliked: Ice machine didn’t work. Very hot in hallways. You say breakfast was included but some breads cereal and juice isn’t breakfast. And side door wouldn’t close and lock so anyone could get in. Also bathroom is very small.

Disliked: The sink drain was stuck and drained slowly. No warm breakfast.

Liked: The room was great. It was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The air conditioning in the room was great and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Parking was good and easy to navigate.
Disliked: The breakfast area was minimal and the food was not good and the coffee area was lacking. The restaurant downstairs was also closed.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff were consistently courteous and polite—which made check-in and our overall experience smooth.A basic breakfast was provided, and while it featured the usual staples, it was appreciated and offered good value for what we paid.It’s important to note that this hotel is located away from downtown Pittsburgh—about a 20–25 minute drive depending on traffic. But that distance is reflected in the price. If this were in the city core, you’d definitely be paying a premium.So if you're looking for a comfortable, affordable stay near the airport or in Robinson Township, and you don’t mind a bit of a drive, this is a solid choice.
