Disastrous. Utter waste of my...

Liked: I choose not to have breakfast so I cannot comment on it.
Disliked: The location is messy with trash right outside the back entrance. Cleaning staff had their supplies and carts all along the hallways in front of guests rooms as we tried to get to our rooms after checking in. It was chaotic. The hotel smelt old and stuffy. The AC unit kept blowing hot air into my room and it took three calls to the front desk to finally have the issue resolved. Even then it was mediocre cold air blowing. There was no microwave in my room. The front desk told me I could use one in the common lobby area, which I did. The lady said only guests who stayed for three or more days could have a microwave in their room. Most interesting is the fact that such a guest would have to pay $15 for the "privilege"

Liked: Staff
Disliked: Room was dirty and run down. Dirty spoon from previous person. Wires showing by the door . Bathroom had discolored build up by bathtub. Floor had not been vacuumed for awhile

The clerk at check-out is...

Disliked: Staff at time of check-out was rude and dismissed my complaints about things that I paid for not being available or working properly... public use microwave was was nasty filthy and the room phone and TV were not working correctly
