Disliked: I think booking is quick to rate this hotel as ‘fantastic’ because in reality it is a simple tourist hotel. The only difference with the others is that it is a new hotel, but it is lacking in terms of cleaning, which they refuse to do every day. It's absurd that you end up with a messy room and have to get clean towels from reception.

Liked: Great location and the staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Nice room and the bed was comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The payment transaction at check-in. The holding deposit and hotel reservation were lumbered together without being informed which was very confusing.This however, got resolved by Vikky who was very helpful and understanding.

Prefect location to go to...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located close to the Universal Studios. There are close also the Interstate that bring you to Disneyland and to Kennedy Space Center. There is a little but nice pool outdoor.
Disliked: There are very few staff at the check-in. If there are 3 or 4 person before you it takes time to complete the process.
