the worst place we stayed...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Book King beds for 2 rooms, not avalilible when we checked in. manager lied to us about a AC issue, but all the rooms have AC units built in. Very few other guest. The staff looked like meth heads, as one of them was smoking a pipe that he was constantly lighting( not weed or tabaco). This place is a Sh1t H0le, Pool was drained and when we booked it , Booking.com had a high rating with great pictures of the pool

Nightmare

Liked: I’m writing to formally report a deeply upsetting experience my husband and I had during a recent stay at one of your properties in Oklahoma. We had hoped for a peaceful romantic getaway, but were instead met with chaos, poor conditions, and profoundly unethical conduct from hotel management. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. We chose this hotel specifically for a quiet and comfortable weekend and even went above our usual budget to secure a king bed and quality accommodations. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was completely wrecked—uncleaned, with empty booze bottles and clearly not ready for guests. The second room we were given wouldn’t even open. After trekking across the large hotel multiple times with our luggage, we were finally placed in a double room with two small beds. We accepted it out of exhaustion, despite it being nothing like what we booked. That night, we barely slept. The curtains had no blackout panels, the room was flooded with light, and the entire hotel reeked of smoke despite being labeled smoke-free.The next morning, Deona at the front desk was kind, apologetic, and professional. She offered to refund our first night and said we would be moved to a king room for the second. However, when we returned later to receive the new room key, we were told by the manager, Mike, that no king rooms were available. I made it clear we did not want to spend a second night in separate beds and asked for a refund. Mike then said he would refund the second night as well if we stayed in the double room again. We reluctantly agreed and contacted Booking.com to finalize the refund. That’s when things got worse. Mike told the representative at Booking.com that we were being upgraded to a king room—contradicting what he had told us in person. We went back to the front desk (again), only to be told, once again, there were no king rooms available.

Okay for overnight stop, but...

Liked: The location was very convenient.
Disliked: Light cover in bathroom cracked. No usb ports on the lamps. Bathroom light flickered before coming on and staying on. Room was somewhat small, but okay. TV was small and there was no guide for the channels.

Serious Decline

Liked: The location is good for a variety of restaurants and close to the airport. Close to I-40. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: This is our 4th stay at this property, we come to OKC every few years for an event. However, the hotel has continued to lapse in quality, cleanliness, and function the last two years we've stayed. The front desk wasn't very friendly. Nice, but gave a vibe that wasnt hospitable. Several times in the hallway, I could smell what was akin to Marijuana. Smelled at front and a side entrance, as well. The carpet in the entire hotel needs to be replaced. The toilet in our room was very low and the toilet seat didn't fit and was the wrong size. I never found an ice machine and got tired of walking, and no one was at the front desk to ask. The soda machine in our hallway did not work, and after searching other hallways, I found another that was on and appeared to work until the two quarters wouldn't drop. I gave up and went to Sonic for a soda. The breakfast was never that great, but they used to have biscuits, gravy, bacon, eggs, and normal continental foods. It is bare bones now. Eggs, link sausage, coffee, juice, and a few pastries. The bed was comfortable and clean. But the carpets are just gross. The tile in the garden area and main lobby need a deep clean. In our room, in the bathroom, you can see the paint on the ceiling bubbled out like there is a leak on the second floor. The entrance and side entrance doors need cleaning, and sidewalks a good pressure washing. We will not stay here again.

Utter disappointment

Liked: clean comfy bed/pillows.
Disliked: Words cannot express how disappointed I was in my stay. They are NOTHING like their website. I was very much looking forward to the pool. In fact it was one of the main reaspns I picked the place. Only to be told once I got there that the pool was shut down, nothing on the website about that tad bit. But I suppose I learned my lesson to call ahead about something like that. That was just the beginning. The 'restaurant' wasn't open, they had no convenience shopping, nothing was stocked. Broken windows and falling in ceilings. Put the do not disturb sign up and the main STILL came in. When checking in your told they are not pet friendly and will recieve a 250$ fine, but the yapping dogs in the room next to us proved otherwise. Barely any TV channels, no wifi, smelled like weed in the hallway. The continental breakfast was a joke. Powder eggs and dry potatoes with stale bagels and cereal. Terrible coffee. The room doors were questionable and the keys hardly every worked. Ripped shower/windows curtains with cigarette burns and paint. The bathroom door doesn't shut all the way. However they did have clean comfy bed/pillows. So there's that atleast. What's sad is I did my research before hand, not sure how they are receiving good reviews on Google but it's a farce. "Award winning" my ass

Would not stay at this...

Liked: Kitchen flooded breakfast room.
Disliked: Hotel should not be open for business. Friendly staff but accommodations were terrible. Shower did not work, a/c did not work. Plants in hotel were molded.
