Dirty facility avoid this hotel...

Liked: The breakfast was good and staff were nice.
Disliked: The rooms were dirty the towels had stains the bed sheets were dirty. The carpet had stains. The bathroom was very dangerous there was no mat in the shower the tub was very slippery. I almost fell. Overall was not clean at all and wouldn’t stay her again. There was a dead cockroach on the hallway in the third floor and for the 3 nights I stayed no one cleaned it up.

Liked: Didn’t mind the property. Good location if you want to get to Clark Creek Natural Area easily.
Disliked: They charged us $150 for smoking when we don’t even smoke, they charged us another $50 for what was supposed to be a charge if you mess up the room and the woman on the phone couldn’t answer questions about that one, so $200 on top of the $221 we paid to stay in a mediocre-at-best hotel….that also accuses you of smoking in the room. How do we disprove it? $150 because they said so

Disliked: Tv didn't work. Bathroom was dirty. There was still old toothpaste in the sink. The toilet clearly hadn't been cleaned. The bathtub had a dirt ring. The covers are very thin.

Very Disappointing - Never Again

Disliked: I booked 3 rooms 3 weeks in advantage. Only 1 room was available as booked. The 2nd did not have 2 queen beds as reserved. The 3rd room was not available at all. Ultimately, we had to find accommodations 20 miles away for our 3 room party. Also, my card currently has pending charges for all 3 rooms even though they were paid with 3 different cards and told the rooms were fully refunded. I am actuvely working with my bank to handle these charges and trying to contact the hotel directly with no luck as their phone just rings.

Will not stay here again!

Disliked: Beds were hard. Breakfast was nasty. Location was ok but not the best. Tub is slick. I had to put a towel in it to shower so I didn’t fall.
