Disliked: Had to call to get soap and towels for the room.

Disliked: Door to room broken, wouldn't close completely, ac couldn't be adjusted, hallways carpet dirty and smells, ice machine broken, one small elevator.

Disliked: The facilities were a mess couldn’t get in the pool. There was ducks in the pool area and duck poop everywhere the pool looked to not been cleaned in months. The carpet in the hotel was destroyed and overall was not pleasant. We were told there was a complementary breakfast, but yet the breakfast had to be paid for

Disgusting rooms. Not as advertised

Liked: Disgusting hotel. Called before booking AND before check in to verify the pool is open as advertised and was told it was. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a while. It was gross with ducks in it. Hotel room had white powder everywhere with hair in the bed where it wasn’t cleaned in a long time. Toilet had pee on it when we checked in! Front desk was no help!!! I should be at least partially refunded for this misinterpretation. Everywhere else was booked out so we couldn’t go anywhere else. Will never stay here again. Booking.com should do a better job protecting people that book through their website.

Exceptional

Comfortable Beds and Cold AC

Liked: Fast check in, Friendly staff , comfortable beds, cold AC and great location.
Disliked: There wasn’t much I didn’t like, I know they jacked the price up on the rooms because of Mardi Gras and not sure why because the next week I checked and rooms were almost $150 cheaper. I have another trip coming up to Kenner and would love to stay there again but I’m a little hesitant now

Liked: we did not eat breakfast there.
Disliked: The shower didn't drain properly and we were standing in 3 inches of water by the time we each finished our showers.

Not worth the price

Liked: The price was reasonable
Disliked: Rooms smells like stale air, air conditioning was a joke as it had only a small unit which didn’t cool entire room. My son slept on pull out couch & he was sweating all night. My 5 year old slept directly in front of small unit with no blanket!! Pool looked gross and unkept. Definitely a one time visit for my family
