Wyndham Garden New Orleans Airport

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Had to call to get soap and towels for the room.

Sufficient enough but needs better...

Disliked: My room smelled as if someone had smoked in it prior to my check in. I told the clerk but he didn’t say or do anything

The hotel was clean and...

Liked: The breakfast was cooked to order and very sufficient. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The location was a bit awkward, away from the airport and needed a shuttle. The shuttle picks up hourly and we missed it by a few minutes. The hotel did send the shuttle out "on call" as it was a slow day. Thank you.There is a casino a couple of hundred yards away that had a couple of nice restaurants

Disliked: hot tub did not work, was nastycoffee maker did not work in my roomno breakfast-- I was shockedI was shocked to find out Wyndham will be charging exhorbitant prices for dogs-- $75 per day! We won't be coming back if that is true.

Slept well and was treated...

Liked: Close to airport and provided free shuttle.
Disliked: Gets a lot of use being located adjacent to casino. City needs to repair road to hotel entrance.

Met Expectations

Liked: It was exactly what I expected and the staff was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Would have liked a better view than a giant parking lot.

Convenient for the one night...

Liked: After a long flight and the late hour this hotel was close to the airport and gave us all we needed for the night.
Disliked: Was not sure if we had to pay for breakfast so went to the waffle house instead.

Disliked: Construction right underneath my room was loud.Windows leaked when it was raining
