Was ok but will never...

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Pool was out of order/ never got our deposit back even though we left our room clean and in the order we found it.

Disappointed

Liked: The air in the room worked well
Disliked: The air throughout the hotel wasn't working, elevators didn't work, the hotel was running down and dirty. The ice machine didn't work.

Will never stay there again...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Cockroaches in my tub and the water came out brown

Where's the water pressure?

Liked: The room was cool, the bed comfortable and a nice spacious room.
Disliked: No water pressure in the shower and the bathroom vent was defening it was so loud.

We will definitely be back...

Liked: Nothing. Well, I guess the rooms were cold.
Disliked: This property has VERY poor management! Booked a 3-night stay and didn’t have any clean towels for our second day?! Ridiculous. Rooms smelled like cigarettes. Location is sketchy. There’s a bar located inside the hotel — not the kind of environment I want my kids around. Didn’t feel safe. Blankets were dirty! Beds are hard! Front desk has no customer service skills whatsoever. Every time we had a concern, it was either brushed off or ignored completely. Definitely not worth the price. We checked out early and will never stay here again. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
