Very good

Shuttle service sucks

Liked: Ok. Clean. Hot shower.
Disliked: Shuttle was absent for over 2 hrs. My flight arrived at the airport just after 830 and I did not get to the hotel until midnight. I waited at shuttle area and called hotel 3 times. They kept telling me it was on its way. Very frustrating when you are paying nearly $200 for a shower and 6 hrs of sleep.

Superb

Pleasantly surprised and great value

Liked: This hotel was in an excellent location if you want to be close to the airport for a next day departure, or a stopover. The rooms were large, modern and clean! The bathrooms were surprisingly the same and very spacious. They have an excellent restaurant on their 6th floor called the "Pilot House" with an outdoor balcony area for dining and it overlooks Miami International. The price of this hotel was half of what we paid to be 2 blocks from Miami beach where honestly, we found ourselves to be very disappointed in the accommodations. If you're a family on a budget and have a car, this is an excellent choice for a stay and you can just drive to whatever, or wherever you want in the Miami beach area.
Disliked: We were there a full day and a half. We had a lot of time to spare before our flight the next day. We thought we could get in some last minute sightseeing nearby, etc. The staff although very friendly, was not at all knowledgeable, or informative regarding places close by of interest or areas nearby we could visit during our stay. That was really disappointing to us.
