Bugs in the room

Liked: Good location, close to everything in McAllen. Good breakfast included. Lots of parking available.
Disliked: We stayed there for 3 nights on the 4th floor. The first 2 nights were great. We came back late on the 3rd night to find cockroaches on the dresser under the tv. I called the front desk and reception told me they sprayed my floor that day and that's why there were bugs. I said I wanted a new room, they were going to move me to a new room on the same floor adjoining to my current room. I told them no, I needed a different floor. They moved me up to floor 5, the staff member who gave me the new key checked the room thoroughly for bugs and it was okay, though the ceiling was questionable, looked like mould covering the popcorn ceiling. Needless to say we slept with the lights on and left as soon as we could on Sunday morning. The staff wasn't really concerned with the issue of the 3 cockroaches that we found.
