Our room was in building #2 and we had to take the elevator up to third floor and then we had to walk the cat walk and take the elevator to 2nd floor! Our pillows were very small. Hotel was clean.

Disliked: Pillows were small. Very hard to get to the room - we took the elevator up to the third floor and then we had to go down to the second floor - we were in building #2.

Would never stay there again.

Disliked: 1. Front deck staff was very rude to my kids, husband and I when we checked in.2. The people above us stopped around until 2am.3. The breakfast was horrible and made us all sick.

Liked: Comfortable quiet room. Breakfast offerings were excellent- a wide variety of options. Much better than most other hotels in my opinion.
Disliked: The lights were a bit odd tied to one switch by the door. It took a bit to figure out. I didn’t like the sink area outside of the bathroom facing the beds.

Disliked: Very small rooms. Unfortunately our room was really far from the lobby (across the skywalk) and our keys wouldn't work on several different occasions, so a lot of walking back & forth to the front desk. Turns out the key pad just needed to be charged.
