Liked: They are renovating the hotel and doing a very nice job. The location cannot be beat and it is very clean. Staff are very nice too.
Disliked: It’s not finished yet so the deck can be used but it’s not connected to a working restaurant or bar yet. Not a bad situation at all and one day will be a non issue.

For the price, it's definitely...

Liked: The location is perfect. You can walk to most of the local restaurants and stores.
Disliked: It definitely could've been cleaner. Nothing gross like bugs but the room definitely needed a deeper clean. The beds could use an upgrade too. I woke up feeling bedsprings in my hip bones every morning!
