Liked: I have stayed at this location multiple times and have always been very happy with the service and location.
Disliked: One of the staff stopped my friend and husband from looking around the property while I was checking in They were told that they could not use the bathrooms unless the were staying as guests

Liked: It was a little outdated but the lady at the front desk checking me in was very nice. Location and shuttle to the airport made it ideal for an early morning flight!
Disliked: A bit outdated. Would be nice to have some to-go breakfast items available for individuals checking out before breakfast is served.

Liked: It was right by the Airport and it provides a shuttles service the hotel is very clean I love it
Disliked: It’s 30-45 minutes from the actual city

Disliked: First room, the AC did not work. After 2 attempts by the staff they moved us to a second room. This room the shower/tub didn’t drain so you were standing in water while taking a shower.

Liked: This was a great hotel. The room was very nice and really clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just a really good experience.

Liked: The staff at the front desk were nice. Location was close to everything that we did.
Disliked: Housekeeping was a bit aggressive and made us feel rushed to leave out in the morning. I am glad I was only there for one night and that we spent most of our time away from the hotel. The carpet was disgusting. The carpet as well as the couch had MULTIPLE stains. There was a huge red stain on the carpet in the middle of our room. The bathroom was very dated and the t.v. was old with a horrible picture so we barely watched the t.v. the base for the bed was filthy. The shower wasn't clean. It's as if they didn't even try to put any effort into making the room look presentable. For the price that we paid, I expected better. I could have just stayed at the Super 8 across the road for a $100 less.
