Disliked: Room dirty, especially the beds.

An OK place for a one or two night stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. A/C unit was loud. No refrigerator, cups, or coffee for coffee machine in room. Very few toiletries, (one tiny bottle of shampoo and a single bar of soap, not enough for two people) but I always bring my own.

Liked: Price was reasonable for airport location.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. They were overbooked - my room was not available. I was given a king bed when I was supposed to have two queens then I was told I would get a roll away bed but in reality they didn't have any. Breakfast was supposed to be included. I was then told it was $9 a person. My air conditioning was broke and leaking. The carpet was soaked and the room smelled like mildew. The toilet seat was broke and the pool was completely drained and dry. They were under staffed and the staff they had were rude and not helpful. Do not stay here.

Disliked: No shuttle, no usb port to charge phone. Restaurant and bar closed for construction. And very loud construction going on in next room

Disappointing

Disliked: There were 4 of us, and only two cups in the room. A/C definitely was not keeping the correct temp. A lot of things in disrepair- caulking, trim, looks rough. No information in room about TV channels, local attractions, checkout info.

Disliked: The rooms could have been a lot cleaner. The location was in the middle of nowhere . And the place was dirty & smelled like paint . A lot of construction & remodeling tools laying around everywhere . Just not the best time to pick that hotel .

Liked: We've stayed at this hotel 4 times now when my daughter has had dance competitions. We keep coming back because the facilities are clean, quiet and comfortable! We've also had the pleasure of interacting with your front desk supervisor, Brianna S. She is always so friendly, accommodating and helpful! You couldn't ask for a better person to greet your quests and give a wonderful first impression. Thank you!

Liked: newer attendant at desk but very pleasant. Set food out for our earlier flight
Disliked: forgot to call us for wake up at 4 am. She mixed us up with the room next door which already had a request for a 6 am wakeup call on the board when we checked in
