Liked: Pick the option with breakfast included, the hotel serves a hot breakfast including cereal, chilaquiles,scrambled eggs,beans, chicken and pork cooked 😋 Mexican style, hot cakes, and coffee. Manuel will attend you and make you feel comfortable Room's energy is controlled using your room key, so you are sure you do not leave appliances/lights on when leaving the room.I booked a single bed executive room that included a working desk.
Disliked: Some rooms would benefit of better lighting. We visited Guadalajara on an unusual hot days and we felt the air took too much (30 min) to cool the room. Not a big deal.There is no pool in the property and using the next door hotel pool costs $400 Mexican pesos per person by 4 hours. It was crowded anyway.

Dissapointing, dirty and neglected.

Disliked: The carpet was dirty, José Trujillo from Lobby front desk was rude, didn’t tell me where the room was, found pills from the last guests and some earrings in the floor and i gave my 2 year old with me, that could’ve ended bad, also the ac dint work neither the e shower. And also the carpet was really dirty and had a lot of stains. Shame that I dint take pictures.

Disliked: Pool is not free, there is a fee to access the pool. Some rooms are very far from the entrance, and there is no elevator.

Liked: We absolutely loved our first floor courtyard view room. We were traveling with our dog and could easily take her for a walk. We had room service on the patio.
Disliked: The only negative was the turn to get into the property, but we only dis that once!
