Thieves, doubling charging.

Disliked: The staff charged me $100 security deposit upon arrival. I intentionally checked out at the desk the next morning before 8:00 a.m. after a horrible night's sleep. I turned in my keys. Later that day I was charged $100 again. When I called this morning, the young man Yash at the front desk said that was booking.com's fault which is ludicrous because only the hotel charges that when you arrive. He said that the management would call me back at 8:30 when they came in, I've heard nothing. They do not care about customer service, and the wedding that was going on all night long from 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. they were smoking pot in the halls, in the rooms, out by the pool they were raising hell screaming and yelling running through the Halls drunk, obnoxious and the staff did nothing for the rest of the clients that were there. I got zero sleep I was infuriated and the front desk did not even apologize upon leaving. The extra charge is icing on the cake of the worst hotel experience in my life, with hundreds of hotel stays. They then informed me when I first checked in, that it could be 15 business days almost a month before they would refund that security deposit and now there are two. Do not waste your time in this vile Hotel!
