Wanted something reasonable to sit and use my PC while my son and friends were at a concert at the Orbit Room. The WIFI connection was so bad I couldn't even load webpages, much less enjoy the game I wanted to play.

Liked: Cheap and close to where I wanted to be.
Disliked: WiFi Connection was terrible. Hallway walls all over looked like they could use a good cleaning.

Liked: Room was hot. Went to cool off and the air didn’t blow so it took entire stay to get cool. No remote couldn’t access tv.
Disliked: Air condition needed to BLOW out to cool room down

Disliked: Stood there for 30 mins waiting on someone to never know to the front , than looked at the reviews and saw there was more bad than good . Didn’t even check in and trying to get a refund

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful when asking questions and checking in and the nice ladies who take care of the rooms Rooms do a great service. keeping it clean, Location was good. there was no neighbor room noise.
Disliked: That when we entered our room for first time it was very hot. A/C wasn't on. I turned on and left for a while. it was nice and cool but not cold per say after 3 hours. but comfortable. lobby and hallways were on warm side. it was 100-degree day out. Elevator seemed to have a weed smell every time we used it. So ended up using stairs.

I want my money back...

Disliked: Everything! I found a tick on my clothes when I was getting ready to leave!! I was also given a room that seemed to be under construction!

Liked: Bed was adequate. Good location.
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor. Basic waffle iron available, but no other potential entrees. Toaster had only 50% function. In-room closet had one door off the runners.

Liked: What I liked about the property was my history with him going back up to the last course of two years or so was pretty good until the last eight months I hadn’t stayed there but business brought me back around and while the same administration was not there the people who were there were very, very kind, very sweet.
Disliked: The primary issue with this entire thing was that they offered me a handicap accessible room, and they said that it was the last one available which immediately makes me think. Why would you give up the last handicap accessible room that you have if someone that may come in that needs that room and if I took it out of convenience, would they call and let me know if someone else needed it and moved me to another room/suite, etc.The second issue that I had was how dirty the actual space was in my only thought from experiencing that was what if it was a truly disabled person who had limited ability to clean or to be able to make himself more comfortable in that space… You know they may just kind of wind up there and not want to deal with going back down or asking for another room because they didn’t have obviously any more handicap accessibility so my question is this how much more do we need to pay for the rooms that we rent to be cleaned like we paid for them to be in the first place?
