Wyndham Garden Grand Rapids Airport

Wanted something reasonable to sit and use my PC while my son and friends were at a concert at the Orbit Room. The WIFI connection was so bad I couldn't even load webpages, much less enjoy the game I wanted to play.

Liked: Cheap and close to where I wanted to be.
Disliked: WiFi Connection was terrible. Hallway walls all over looked like they could use a good cleaning.

Liked: Hot tub was listed under amenities but they do not have a hot tub. It has been cemented over. Having a hot tub was one of the top reasons we chose this hotel.

Liked: The people were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect
Disliked: The bathroom door had been half ripped off its hinges and wouldn't close all the way, the dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed, and the door that hid the mini fridge wouldn't close. The pool wasn't as clean as I would have liked, and I was under the impression there was a hot tub, but I couldn't find one. I was traveling on a budget but I still think doors that close and fixtures that stay closed are important.

Disliked: Pool was dirty, room door was broke , tv didn’t work and the heat didn’t work. Zero accommodations were made

Disliked: Staff can barely communicate, was charged $50 for a makeup smudge on a towel.

Disliked: The room was so gross and run down. Literally felt so gross we didn’t even get to use the spa tub that I paid extra for because it was spitting black mold out. I will never come back to this property.
