Wyndham Garden Grand Rapids Airport

Wanted something reasonable to sit and use my PC while my son and friends were at a concert at the Orbit Room. The WIFI connection was so bad I couldn't even load webpages, much less enjoy the game I wanted to play.

Liked: Cheap and close to where I wanted to be.
Disliked: WiFi Connection was terrible. Hallway walls all over looked like they could use a good cleaning.

Disliked: No toiletries. No hairdryer. Could have been cleaned better. The room had water damage on the bathroom door

Disliked: Hotel reception was not on the property when we arrived had to wait for him about ten minutes. Breakfast was pathetic, work being done on the rooms and dusty.

Very disappointing for the price

Liked: The location was convenient and the front desk staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke despite supposedly being a non-smoking room, the closet door was off the track, the curtains were torn/frayed and there was no back on the remote which means the batteries popped out every time you sat it down. The complimentary breakfast consisted of one waffle maker for all of the guests, bagels and cold cereal. Only half the toaster worked so that made for an even longer line.

Disliked: air conditioning smell like a damp moldy basement and the shower was plugged up water would not go down very irritated moment very inconvenient I will never go here again and I would never recommend anyone else very bad service.. also found some type of bug look like a tick or a bed bug cold management about it and done nothing he told me I brought it there this room was just fine before I came

Disliked: Was given a room. Go to the room it wasn't even clean. Had to get another room. Second room had fair in toilet and a piece of trash. Bed was clean though so we stayed. We traveled over an hour away to stay here because I was having major back surgery the following morning
