Liked: Bed was so nice, pool was great. Great location to University of St Francis. Also seem like there is alot of stuff to do. Definitely will stay again.

Attractive hotel in good location...

Liked: Breakfast was okay, with some hot items. Entrance aspect was very nice, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast place was dirty, elevator floor was dirty.

Excellent hotel and staff!

Liked: It’s clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the beds are comfy, the location is easy on and off the highway but quiet and the price is great!

Disliked: Paid for a pool that wasn't open! Could have saved money staying at a hotel that didn't have a pool, as it would have been cheaper and had the same benefits... No pool!

Good and bad

Liked: Good location, great staff, good breakfast.
Disliked: Facilities need some updates as far as updating the doors so that they don’t wake up the entire floor going in and out of the room. We felt bad for our neighbors as outdoor was loud and scrapping the door jam every time and we didn’t get in until 2:30 in the morning!

Poor

Liked: I liked how close it was to food and stores near by
Disliked: The bedding was not clean, the bedding had blood on them when we arrived , the ac didnt work so we were miserable throughout the night and the remote didnt work so we were left without a tv even after changing the batteries.
