Liked: The room was nice and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She advised that Uber was a better choice than a taxi for airport travel, and she was right.
Disliked: The area doesn't seem walkable, so you have to get delivery for food if you don't have a car. The on-site restaurant's menu did not appeal to me, but I know I'm picky.

Cost Friendly, close to airport,...
Liked: The value, cost for a quick 1 night stay before a flight, I appreciated that.
Disliked: There was hair on each towel my wife & I tried to use. Upon check in, the receptionist told me to wait for Sarah, so I stepped to the side, she then changed to another computer and said 'How can I help you?'. I don't know if she was off her meds or I was checking in for my flight as Gaylord Focker, 'all remaining rows'...

Horrible majority staff except one...
Disliked: I had to change rooms twice due to dirty rooms and the front desk girl took her anger out on me when I was trying to talk about communication between booking and the manager since my bank card had changed. She lashed at me and assumed something I was saying and took her trauma out on me and I have witnesses I talked to the gentleman downstairs and he was very kind and saw how affected I was. I also had an incident with a man knocking at my door at 12:01pm for checkout and I told him we were told we could checkout at 1 if needed and he yelled “no at noon” also the manager has not called me back and I was told she would call me to discuss the issues I had with everything

Liked: Breakfast was great and the location was OK
Disliked: They charged the wrong card because the system went down but the guest weren't notified of the issue. We never received our receipt for payment like the supervisor said we would. I called and spoke with that same supervisor and she said it will be sent to my email at that never happened either. My sister was double charger as well.
