Disliked: Run down, not clean and managed well, facilities in disrepair, definitely not how I remeber from a previous stay, found a tooth floss in the bathroom floor that wasn't mine just not up to par with the price I had to pay for the 2 nights I was there and the common areas keep very hot, outdoor pool not functional and indoor pool area very hot !

Disliked: We don’t have a shower curtain. The plug in the bathroom didn’t work. The carpet was wore all thru the hotel. The staff did bring us a curtain right away. The room had a bad order.

Will never stay there again

Disliked: Bathroom had not been cleaned. Pool area dilapidated. Breakfast not fresh. No hot water

Liked: Good location, parking close to room since several entrances, breakfast decent but hot food was cold.
Disliked: Carpet very stained, not sure if bathroom clean due to black grout around tub. Doors and woodwork banged up with gashes and not clean. Property needs to be updated.

No stars, bad pool, yucky.

Disliked: We chose this location because we wanted a pool for our kids and a nice night's stay. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the room was iffy. The TV was very small and none of the apps would connect. The opening and closing of the doors around us was very loud all night.The outdoor pool was empty. The indoor pool was covered in algae and the water feature was being power washed when we went to swim, so there was gunk that had been sprayed off floating around in the pool too. The tiles are falling off, and I even saw a bandaid stuck to the floor that had clearly been there for a long time. Overall, very very disappointed and certainly not worth the cost.
