Liked: Customer service desk is always very pleasant and friendly and courteous and I appreciate them so much and hat's off to excellent
Disliked: The food needs to be at a hot temperature because it's never even at a warm temperature.Add some Bacon too the breakfast.The food is good but the temperature is not warm and the breakfast area temperature in that room is very freezing cold. They need to set the temperature at a comfortable temperature so everyone can enjoy eating their breakfast and not feeling uncomfortable cold.

Liked: It was very last minute but the room was nice. The back of the hotel is sketchy lol only because that’s where majority of the parking is so then you have to walk all the way to the front. However, the main focus which was the room was nice. Would book again

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and it was close to fort Jackson for my son's basic training graduation. Staff was excellent.
