No service from the hotel...

Liked: New built building so it is clean interior
Disliked: Parking is not free and it is outdoor, very inconvenient. Staff is not friendly.

Feedback

Liked: I like the free breakfast. Very accommodating when asking for orders. Love their lovely smiles.
Disliked: The room is very small, can't move around freely either you'll hit the TV or the wall. No working table, coffee table is not comfortable. The glass toiletries holder inside the shower is a health and safety hazard, I hit my arm while taking a shower. It should be moved on the other end. The heated towel rack is too far from the shower, making the floor wet as you get out to reach for it. Very heavy to push the door.

Overall, my stay was comfortable...

Liked: I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. However, the location is great—it's in the city and conveniently close to where I needed to go, which made it very practical for my stay.
Disliked: There were a few things that could have been better. I thought there would be free parking for hotel guests, as well as a shuttle service to and from the airport, but these weren’t available. In our room, there were no plates or dishes provided, which made it a bit inconvenient when eating or preparing food.
